How a session will look and feel

Peaceful Minds offers gentle hypnotherapy sessions in Noosa and online, supporting women through stress, overwhelm, pregnancy, motherhood and life transitions.

Sessions are calm, practical and supportive — working with the subconscious mind and nervous system to create meaningful change without force or overwhelm.

What to expect

Each hypnotherapy session is personalised and guided at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Sessions generally include:

  • A brief conversation to understand what you’d like support with

  • A clear explanation of hypnosis and how it works

  • Guided hypnosis in a relaxed state of focused awareness

  • Gentle change work aligned with your goals

  • Time to re-orient and reflect before finishing

You remain aware, present and in control throughout the session.
